All international students must be able to demonstrate an IELTS 6.0 level of English language or equivalent to enrol in the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
The program runs for a calendar year of 52 weeks, which includes 40 academic weeks of study and 4 term breaks of 3 weeks each, totalling 800 face-to-face hours.
This program delivers over 20 hours of full-time study a week, with training consisting of 20 hours a week of face-to-face delivery, supplemented by online resources available through the college Moodle platform.
Graduates may pursue roles such as Frontline Sales Manager, Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader, Sales Team Manager, Line Manager, Distribution Centre Supervisor, and Coordinator (Business Operations), among others.
After achieving the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, students may undertake the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or a range of other Diploma qualifications.
