The tuition fee for this course is A$6,500, with an additional non-tuition fee of $350. Course fees do not include computer software or textbooks, which must be purchased at the student's own cost. A detailed payment plan and payment arrangements are provided in the letter of offer and written agreement.
International students are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent. English language competence can also be demonstrated through completion of a Certificate III or at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course or above in an Australian college, completion of an Advanced level English course from an approved ELICOS provider, an English Placement Test (EPT), or other tests such as PTE and TOEFL equivalent to IELTS 6.0. Students who do not meet the requirements may undertake an ELICOS course.
Students who complete this course may wish to continue their education into the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or a range of Diploma qualifications, as well as higher education qualifications in business or management.
Assessment methods include a combination of essays, report writing, projects, portfolios, observations, presentations, and questioning (oral or written). For international students, satisfactory course progress is required to meet visa requirements.
Students may apply for recognition of existing qualifications or skills, knowledge, and experience (credit transfer or recognition of prior learning) as per the information included in the International Student Handbook. For international students, the granting of course credit may affect course fees as well as the duration of the course, and any changes will be advised in writing. If credit is granted following the issuance of the Confirmation of Enrolment, students will receive a new Confirmation of Enrolment showing a reduced duration.
