Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following approved tests: IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 60, PTE Academic 50, or equivalent. Alternatively, proficiency can be demonstrated through completion of a recognised ELICOS program, at least two years of study in Australia at AQF Level 4 or higher, minimum five years of study in English in select countries, or completion of Year 12 in English. Applicants without documented evidence may complete an online LLND assessment to meet entry requirements.
To achieve the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, students must complete 12 units in total: 5 core units and 7 elective units. Students who complete individual units may receive a Statement of Attainment, provided their USI is verified, while students who complete all required units will be awarded the full qualification.
After successfully completing the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, students can progress to the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, or other Diploma or Advanced Diploma programs in related fields such as business, management and/or marketing.
Yes. Upon enrolment, AIA's code of practice states that all candidates for assessment will be offered RPL. RPL is an assessment process that assesses an individual's non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual has achieved the required learning outcomes. Credit Transfer is also available — if a certificate or statement of results is produced and verified, a credit transfer process will be initiated by AIA in relation to the units as per the training plan.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
