The course runs for 52 weeks including holidays, with a recommended study load of 20 hours per week for international students.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification; however, it is recommended that learners have basic computer and digital literacy, possess workplace or vocational experience, and have an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 (for international students).
The course is priced at $5,800.00 AUD.
Assessment methods include written assignments and knowledge questions, practical demonstrations and observations, projects, reports and presentations, case studies and role plays, and group and individual activities.
Graduates may pursue roles such as Team Leader, Line Manager, Supervisor, Office Manager, or Coordinator, and may progress to the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or other diploma-level qualifications in business or project management.
