This program delivers over 20 hours of full-time study a week, with 20 hours a week of face-to-face delivery. Resources are also available online through the college Moodle platform, and trainers use a combination of trainer-led classes and practical activities involving small-group and individual activities.
The course runs over a calendar year of 52 weeks, comprising 40 academic weeks and 4 x 3-week term breaks, with 800 allocated face-to-face hours in total.
After achieving the BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication, students may undertake a range of Diploma qualifications.
Graduates may pursue a wide range of roles including Media Planner, Public Relations Officer, Marketing Officer, Copywriter, Marketing Coordinator, Direct Marketing Officer, Advertising Account Coordinator, Market Research Assistant Analyst, and Promotions Assistant Manager, among others.
