Yes. Melbourne Polytechnic offers a Tuition Payment Plan (TPP) through a third party, Debitsuccess Pty Ltd, which allows eligible local students enrolling in Certificate I–IV courses to pay tuition fees by direct debit on a weekly or fortnightly basis. The maximum TPP amount is $7,000.00, and a one-off establishment fee of $15.00 plus a 4.7% billing fee applies.
The TPP fees include a one-off non-refundable establishment fee of $15.00 (added to your first instalment), a 4.7% non-refundable billing fee based on the total TPP amount, and a reversal fee of $14.95 for each failed direct debit payment.
Yes. There is a 'cooling off' period of five (5) business days during which you can cancel your TPP at no cost. To do so, you must notify Melbourne Polytechnic by email at tpp@melbournepolytechnic.edu.au within five business days of signing the TPP, including your full name, Student ID, and MPOL account number.
If you miss a TPP payment, a $14.95 reversal fee will apply. If you miss three consecutive payments and your account remains in arrears, Melbourne Polytechnic may suspend your access to academic and administrative services, systems, facilities (including Moodle and the library), and your right to enrol in another course. Continued default may result in referral to debt collection, with an outstanding debt fee of $50.00 plus 25% of the full outstanding balance.
No. The Tuition Payment Plan (TPP) through Debitsuccess is not available to international students. It is only available to local students — Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, holders of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa, or New Zealand citizens — who meet the other eligibility criteria.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
