Training and assessment methods include Practical Demonstrations, Service Periods, Written Assessment, Observation, and Role Play.
To complete this course, domestic students require a Patisserie Tool Kit, Patisserie Uniform and Boots, and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Licence Fee at an estimated cost of $80.00.
To accelerate promotions or move into management, graduates often pursue higher certifications such as the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management or the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Students have access to a range of support services including Academic Support, LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) Assistance, Workplacement Support, Administrative and Career Services, External Referral Support, and online access to a tutor.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
