Common Questions
For domestic fee-for-service students, tuition fees vary by delivery method: Flexi-Learn costs $1,900 tuition plus a $150 resource fee; Face-to-Face costs $2,900 tuition plus a $175 resource fee; Traineeship delivery has a $0 tuition fee (contact AIWT for more information). Note that AIWT will not accept prepaid fees exceeding $1,500 at any one time, and fees are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment.
International students enrolled in the Face-to-Face delivery mode pay a tuition fee of $9,900, a resource fee of $495, and an application fee of $250. AIWT does not collect more than 50% of the total tuition fee unless the student or their sponsor requests otherwise in writing. Prepaid fees are protected through the Tuition Protection Service (TPS).
Three delivery options are available: Flexi-Learn (self-paced online learning with assessments and full trainer support over 12 months), Traineeship (on-the-job learning with online learning resources and assessments, workplace visits, and full trainer support over 52 weeks), and Face-to-Face (2 days per week class contact combined with online resources over 52 weeks).
Graduates may find employment in roles such as Property Manager, Body Corporate Manager, Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Representative, Real Estate Salesperson, Real Estate Sub-agent, Property Portfolio Officer, and Buyer's Agent.
Domestic students must have completed Year 12 or equivalent, and there are no pre-requisites. International students must be 18 years or older, have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, and hold an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent. There are also no pre-requisites for international students.
