You will build practical experience by reviewing and completing industry-based forms like tenancy letting letters and sales and lease agreements, creating personal marketing profiles, developing a marketing package for property sales and property management, conducting simulated auctions in a classroom environment, representing an agency at a tribunal, reviewing case studies around tenancy legal proceedings, and using property management software like Property Tree.

To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in 18 units of competency: 5 core units and 13 elective units.
