Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

This course provides the professional knowledge of real estate practice and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to conduct real estate functions. Throughout the course, students will learn about the practical aspects of real estate practice, including negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The course also include simulated training context and activities to provide students with hands-on experience in the industry achieved by using equipment, tools, technology, workplace conditions, legislation, quality standards and approaches to work that match those currently employed in industry.
