The Diploma of Accounting (FNS50222) has a total duration of 52 weeks, which includes 46 weeks of study and 6 weeks of holiday.
Intakes are available monthly. You should refer to the Academic Calendar for specific 2026 and 2027 intake dates.
Prior to commencing this qualification, individuals must have completed FNSACC321, FNSACC322, FNSACC418, and FNSACC421 (or their equivalents). These competencies may have been achieved through the FNSSS00014 Accounting Principles Skill Set or the FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Graduates of the Diploma of Accounting may pursue roles such as Bookkeeper, Payroll Manager, Assistant Accountant, or Accounts Supervisor.
The course is delivered in Blended Mode at the Gold Coast campus. Note that Gold Coast Learning Centre reserves the right to change elective units at any time to meet the needs of learners and changing industry trends.
