Common Questions
For domestic students, the tuition fee is $8,500 and the materials fee is $300, making the total course fee $8,800. Domestic students may also be eligible for fee-free training under the NSW Government Smart and Skilled Program — contact the college to find out more.
Entry requirements include completing a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) course pre-assessment test, being 18 years of age or over, having a Unique Student Identifier (USI), computer literacy and skills, some exposure to accounting, and either completion of the FNSSS00014 Accounting Principles Skill Set or completion of FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent.
The Diploma of Accounting has a duration of 64 weeks for domestic students, comprising 50 weeks of classes and 14 weeks of holidays, with attendance of 2 days per week.
The FNS50222 Diploma of Accounting is a great pathway to the FNS60222 Advanced Diploma of Accounting and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Since July 20, 2020, BCC Institute has been using a mixed delivery mode, delivering sessions face to face and online via the Zoom platform. Face to face classes are kept small with a maximum of 15 students per class, allowing more quality time with their trainer. Each trainer has extensive experience in their industry, providing first-hand knowledge and learning techniques for their students.
