General Requirements

Completion of a Diploma of Accounting is required for entry into the Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
Alternative entry via a Diploma in a relevant discipline may also be accepted (e.g. Diploma of Business, Diploma of Library and Information Services, Diploma of Information Technology, Diploma of Sport Management)
Alternative diploma entry requires attendance at a three-week accounting basics support class (at no cost) covering double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and accounting principles
Applicants with a complete or incomplete higher education qualification in Accounting (minimum 1 year full-time passed) may also be considered
A completed Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping combined with a completed Diploma of Accounting satisfies entry requirements
