RMIT's Brunswick campus has a wide variety of specialist equipment for making textiles, from print, knit and weave to experimental textile development. Students learn in a studio environment with the support of skilled teachers and technical staff who are also practitioners in the textiles creative industry.
Graduates of this diploma are guaranteed entry into further courses at RMIT, including the Associate Degree in Fashion. Credit may apply which will reduce the total duration of the destination course. Pathways into the course are also available for those who may not meet standard entry requirements.
Your work will be assessed through a mix of folio work, technical examples and creative responses to briefs. Assignments will build on your skills as you gain proficiency in different disciplines. You will be encouraged to work in groups and individually, and upon successful completion of the diploma, you will be invited to join the graduate exhibition held at the end of each year.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
