The course duration is 26 weeks (including holidays). Intake dates are January, April, July & October (* Monthly intake available for onshore students).
Tuition Fees are $7,500 and the Application Fee is $350. Fees may change during your course of study.
Those undertaking the Diploma of Automotive Technology must have completed an Automotive Certificate IV qualification in one of the following disciplines, or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency: AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or AUR40816 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Overhauling.
Students enrolled in Automotive qualification must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the Automotive workshop. PPE can be purchased from the college with an additional cost. Students have an option to source their own PPE.
The course is offered at West Footscray, Hobart, and Brisbane. Further training pathways from this qualification may lead to a relevant Advanced Diploma qualification.
