To apply, you complete and submit the application form. The college will then contact you to organise an entry assessment conducted around 2-3 months before the course start date. The entry assessment consists of three events: a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (two computer-based tests of approximately 60 minutes), an Entrance Exam assessing maths, logic and reasoning (approximately 60 minutes) plus a short answer response assessment (approximately 30 minutes), and an Entrance Interview with members of the College's staff. Letters of offer are sent to successful candidates around 2 months before the course starts.
The Western Australia Aviation College partners with The Royal Aero Club of WA to provide the practical flight training and assessment of this Diploma course. All ground theory is delivered in house by Western Australian Aviation College's specialist lecturers.
No previous flying or aviation experience is required. This course assumes the student begins with no aviation knowledge. It is however recommended you conduct a trial flight before committing to the course.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
