The total course fees are $25,000, which includes tuition fees of $22,000, a material fee of $2,500, and an application fee of $500.
The course runs for 52 weeks in total, comprising 48 weeks of delivery plus 4 weeks of holidays. Students are required to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
The volume of learning for the qualification is 1,200 hours, comprising 476 learning hours (356 hours of theory training and 120 hours of practical training), 484 assessment hours (212 hours of theory assessment and 272 hours of practical assessment), and 240 hours of independent study, work on assignments and research.
After successfully achieving this qualification, candidates may undertake CPC60220 - Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management). Please note that while Edinburgh International College may not offer all the qualifications indicated within the pathway, Edinburgh International College identifies relevant progression that may be attained.
Students must complete 27 units of competency in total, comprising 24 core units plus 3 elective units, to achieve the CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
