The CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is delivered at two campuses: the Sydney Campus at Level 1, 37 George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, and the Melbourne Campus at L8, 1/168 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Assessments are the process of collecting evidence and making judgements about whether competency has been achieved. The assessment process may include theory, projects, and practical assessments. Each unit has an individual assessment tool and mapping document. As this is a competency-based course, assessments continue throughout the course until the participant either achieves competency or a further training need is identified and addressed. All activities and projects are assessed by the assigned Assessor and returned to the student with feedback.
The CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) consists of 27 units in total — 24 core units and 3 elective units. Credit and/or RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) can be provided for those with existing skills and knowledge, allowing such students to complete the course in a shorter timeframe.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
