Students must have demonstrated an IELTS level of at least 5.5 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old), or demonstrate successful completion of at least General English at Upper Intermediate or English for Academic Purposes Upper Intermediate level.

For onshore students, the tuition fee is AUD $10,000, with an enrolment fee of AUD $250 and a material fee of AUD $1,750. For offshore students, the tuition fee is AUD $14,000, with an enrolment fee of AUD $500 and a material fee of AUD $1,750.

Students will develop skills in construction project management, understanding building codes and regulations, construction planning and scheduling, site supervision, cost estimation and budgeting, and workplace safety and risk management.

Training includes project planning exercises, construction simulations, presentations, and case studies related to building management. Assessments focus on practical management tasks such as planning and managing building projects, supervising construction teams, preparing construction schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and managing workplace safety and risk procedures.
