The qualification is delivered over 78 weeks in total, comprising 60 weeks of study and 18 weeks of term-break.
You must have an IELTS score of 6 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through being educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country, completing an English Placement Test, completing a foundation course or senior secondary certificate in Australia, or achieving a Pre-entry Oxford Placement Test result of no less than B2. Other tests such as PTE and TOEFL are also accepted if equivalent to IELTS 6.
Graduates of this qualification can pursue roles including Builder, Construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor / Site Manager, Foreperson, Building Inspector, Construction Estimator, Contract Administrator, and Project Administrator.
