Common Questions
The domestic fee for service tuition fee is $10,000. Additional fees include an Enrolment Fee of $250 and a Material Fee of $1,000.
There is no prior construction experience requirement; however, students must have completed CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry prior to commencement of the course. Students must also be physically fit to participate in practical workshops and assessments, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
The Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is available through multiple study modes at the Brisbane Centre Campus, including Blended learning (Part On-Campus & Online), eLearning + Placement, Entirely On-Campus, and Workplace Delivery.
This course is designed for students aspiring to work as builders, site supervisors, or building inspectors, providing hands-on experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects.
International students must demonstrate Upper-Intermediate English, equivalent to 5.5 academic or general IELTS, and must also successfully complete the college's LLND Test. Additional English language requirements may apply to international applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds wishing to articulate on a visa package into a university programme.
