The total course fee is $30,500, which comprises a Tuition Fee of $25,000 AUD and a Non-Tuition Fee of $5,500 AUD. Additionally, students who need a practical training kit can purchase it from the institute for $400, or from an outside supplier.
The total course duration is 52 weeks (including holiday breaks) with a volume of learning of 1,230 hours. Students are required to attend face-to-face theory learning on campus and practical learning at TEDI's practical facility for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Theory sessions are delivered at Level 5, 123 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria – 3000 Australia, while practical training is conducted at 17 David St, Brunswick, Victoria – 3056 Australia.
International students must provide evidence of English proficiency, such as a minimum IELTS (General) score of 6.0 for direct entry, or an IELTS score of 5.5 combined with at least 10 weeks of ELICOS, or an IELTS score of 5.0 combined with at least 20 weeks of ELICOS. Alternatively, students may provide an Oxford Placement Test score of 61 or higher, or evidence of at least five years of study in English in countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland. Test results must be no older than two years.
Successful completion of the CPC50320 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) may enable students to apply for the CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) at other institutions.
