Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)

The CPC50320 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) prepares students to lead construction projects from site to completion, meeting the management competencies demanded by NSW's booming residential and infrastructure construction sector. Delivered by Wyatt Education Group, this AQF Level 5 qualification covers site operations, contracts, compliance, work health and safety, and team leadership, taught by trainers with direct industry experience on major residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
The course runs for 52 weeks in blended delivery from Wyatt's Bankstown campus, combining a minimum of 20 scheduled face-to-face hours per week with self-paced study, for a total learning volume of 1,290 hours. A continuous intake model means new students can commence at scheduled intervals throughout the year.
Graduates are prepared for supervisory and management roles across residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction, including site and project management, contract administration, and construction business operations.
Entry builds on the CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent construction industry experience, making this a natural next step for tradespeople moving into site leadership.
