Common Questions
Successful completion of the Diploma of Business will take you directly into EIA's Bachelor of Marketing and Bachelor of Accounting.
Students enrolled in the Diploma of Business are required to complete 8 compulsory units of study within a typical study period of 1 year or two academic trimesters. Each unit is valued at 12.5 credit points, with a total of 100 credit points required for the award.
The current tuition fee for domestic students is AUD $12,000, and for international students it is AUD $17,500. The annual fee is based on the proportion of units enrolled in of a standard full-time load of 24 credit points. EIA provides financial support through fee payment schedules and scholarships.
International students are required to demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS minimum overall score of 5.5, with no individual band score below 5.0, or an approved equivalent (for undergraduate entry). Some entry pathways require a minimum overall IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual band score below 5.5, or an approved equivalent.
The Diploma of Business is available both on campus and online, with the campus located at 338 Queen St Melbourne VIC 3000.
