After completing the BSB50120 Diploma of Business, graduates can pursue roles such as Office Assistants, Market Research Officers, Promotion Officers, Customer Service Officers, and Assistant Branch Managers.
To enrol in the Diploma of Business, students must provide English level evidence (Advanced level/IELTS 6.0/PTE overall 50), be 18 years and above with a High School Certificate (Year 12), and supply a verified copy of qualifications and transcripts confirmed by CTI's approved student recruitment agent.
The Diploma of Business has a total duration of 52 weeks, comprising 43 weeks of study and 9 weeks of scheduled break.
Following the completion of the BSB50120 Diploma of Business, students are able to progress into the Advanced Diploma of Business or the Diploma of Leadership & Management at Canterbury Technical Institute. Students also have the opportunity to further their studies and continue onto university study.
The Diploma of Business comprises a total of 12 units (including 5 core units) organised across four clusters: Administration (covering meetings, continuous improvement, and financial plans), Marketing (covering marketing opportunities, critical thinking, and workplace communication), Human Resource Management (covering recruitment, influential communication, and project work), and Sustainability (covering business risk, business resources, and sustainability policies).
