Diploma of Business

The tuition fee for the BSB50120 Diploma of Business is A$19,500, with an additional non-tuition fee of $550. Course fees do not include computer software or textbooks, which must be purchased at the student's own cost. A detailed payment plan and payment arrangements are provided in the letter of offer and written agreement.

This course is delivered 20 hours a week using both online and face-to-face learning environments. The online learning component is 1/3 of the course, which is delivered via a Learning Management System (LMS). Students access the LMS using a username and password.

International students are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent. English language competence can also be demonstrated through completion of a Certificate III or at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course or above in an Australian college, completion of an Advanced level English course from an approved ELICOS provider, an English Placement Test (EPT), or other tests such as PTE and TOEFL equivalent to IELTS 6.0. Students who do not meet these requirements may undertake an ELICOS course.

Students who complete this course may wish to continue their education into the BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business or a range of Advanced Diploma qualifications, as well as higher education qualifications in business or management.

The BSB50120 Diploma of Business requires the successful completion of five (5) Core Units and seven (7) Elective Units, totalling 12 units. The electives have been chosen by TKL College to ensure that students achieve a broad range of skills and knowledge in business.
