The Course Tuition Fee is $11,250.00. There is also a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $250.00, a Material Fee of $95, and a Late/Re-Assessment Fee of $50 per unit. The course fee is inclusive of learning resources, trainer and assessor support by phone and email, up to 1 year (52 weeks) to complete the course, support services, and certificate and record of results issuance.
Assessments for this qualification are competency based. Each unit comprises assessment tasks such as theoretical questioning, projects (containing case study and written report), applied questions, presentations, and role plays. Students receive either a Competent (C) or Not Yet Competent (NYC) result. Students have three (3) attempts to demonstrate competency; otherwise a unit re-enrolment fee applies.
The course is delivered face-to-face at two campus locations: the Sydney Campus at Level 1, 37 George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, and the Melbourne Campus at L8, 1/168 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
This qualification is aimed at two target groups. The first is existing business professionals requiring a formal qualification through recognition of prior learning, such as Senior Administrators, Senior Executives, General Managers, and Area Managers. The second group includes people looking for a career change, people who need this qualification for employment purposes, people with some business experience seeking a formal qualification, and people taking on an executive role within their organisation.
Richmond School of Business offers a range of support services including trainer/assessor support by telephone and email during business hours at no additional cost, a dedicated Student Support Services Department for administrative support, Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) support based on individual LLN test outcomes, and student welfare services including access to an external qualified Student Welfare Counsellor, Mrs Judith Bowler, with RSB covering the cost of the first consultation.
