The Diploma of Business (BSB50120) is delivered over 78 weeks, which includes 60 weeks of training and assessment and 18 weeks of holidays. You will be required to attend face-to-face training and assessment for 20 hours per week in a classroom.
The Diploma of Business is delivered at two campuses: Level 1, 9 Bay Street, SOUTHPORT, Queensland 4215 (Gold Coast) and Level 6, 16-18 Wentworth St, PARRAMATTA, New South Wales 2150 (Sydney).
You may choose to enrol in the following specialisations: BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations), (Leadership), (Organisational Development), (Compliance), (Business Development), (Digital Transformation), (Records and Information Management), (Procurement), and (Evaluations). Each specialisation requires completion of a different set of electives, and enrolments are subject to student numbers and availability of Trainers and Assessors.
Upon completion of the Diploma of Business, you may enrol in the BSB60420 – Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or the BSB60120 – Advanced Diploma of Business to further enhance your knowledge and skills.
Units are assessed individually via a range of assessment methods including Written Assessment, Verbal Questioning, Case Studies, Projects and Practical Demonstrations observed directly by the assessor. All assessment tasks are completed in the classroom under the direct supervision of your assessor. Students also have the opportunity to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT).
