Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following approved tests: IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 60, PTE Academic 50, or equivalent. Alternatively, applicants may demonstrate competence through documented evidence such as completion of a recognised ELICOS program, at least two years of study in Australia at AQF Level 4 or higher, or minimum five years of study in English in Australia, the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa or the Republic of Ireland. Applicants without such documentation may complete an online LLND assessment to meet entry requirements.
The Diploma of Business is delivered as full-time study over the course of up to 52 weeks, including 8 weeks of breaks/holidays. Duration may vary based on mode of delivery and/or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT).
Once students have successfully completed the Diploma of Business, they can apply for the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, or other Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas or Degree programs in related fields such as Business and Management, subject to meeting the entry requirements of the intended qualification.
To achieve this qualification, students must complete 12 units in total: 5 core units and 7 elective units. Students who complete individual units may receive a Statement of Attainment, provided their USI is verified, while students who complete all required units will be awarded the full qualification.
Based on the 2026 onshore indicative course fees for international students, the Diploma of Business (BSB50120) has an indicative tuition fee of $7,000.00 AUD, with a material fee (including e-books) of $500.00 AUD.
