The following scholarships are available for international students at BMIHMS at Torrens University Australia: Three Pillars Scholarship, Industry Scholarship, Alumni Scholarship, English Language Scholarship, Alternate Pathway Onshore, and Hospitality Motivational Scholarship.
To apply for a scholarship at BMIHMS, you need to: complete the scholarship application form; provide a 1-page cover letter of at least 500 words outlining why you wish to undertake a course, outcomes you hope to achieve, how the qualification will assist your career plans, your merit and need for a scholarship, personal achievements, and relevant work or volunteer experience; submit a resume and photo (if applicable); complete the BMIHMS application form; provide certified copies of any certificates and transcripts; attach letters of reference from teachers, friends or employers; and submit your application via the StudyLink portal at www.student-torrens.studylink.com.
Depending on the scholarship, selection criteria may include academic merits, transcripts, portfolio submissions, written submissions and Torrens University internal applications. An interview may also be required as part of the selection process.
The Three Pillars Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School Hospitality Scholarship offers a value of 10%–50% off tuition fees and is available to new undergraduate and postgraduate students, with the scholarship lasting for the entire course duration. Applications are accepted on a rolling per intake basis.
Successful scholarship applicants will be requested to assist with additional duties during their time as a student. These responsibilities include becoming members of the Student Representative Council (SRC), undertaking additional student ambassadorial duties, being available for promotional opportunities, and participating in marketing and promotional activities as required by BMIHMS at Torrens University Australia.
