Diploma of Event Management

Students who have completed the Sino College Advanced Diploma of Event Management can articulate into the Bachelor of Business Management at ICMS. Under the articulation agreement, students receive credit (exemptions) for a range of subjects, while certain subjects such as Industry Training I, Industry Training II, Applied Leadership, Research Methods, Strategic Management, and a number of 300-level electives remain required.

There are four steps: First, enquire through your current institution about articulating to an ICMS program. Second, apply for your ICMS program and submit your academic transcripts and relevant documents as required. Third, ICMS will assess your application according to the criteria set out in the articulation agreement. Fourth, students are advised of the outcome of their application within 10 working days.

Yes. Electives must be chosen according to the Rules of Progression and the Degree Rules. Under the Degree Rules, a student must complete at least six (6) subjects at 300 level and is allowed a maximum of ten (10) subjects at 100 level. The curriculum is also subject to change.

ICMS has two campus locations: a Northern Beaches Campus overlooking Manly Beach, which features a castle with historic architecture, lush greenery and panoramic ocean views, and a City Campus located in Haymarket, Sydney. Online study options are also available for many degrees.

Every ICMS bachelor's degree includes two trimesters of Work Integrated Learning (WIL), giving students practical experience in their chosen field.
