If this is your dream, then the Diploma of Event Management is the right choice. This course will give you the skills to initiate, develop and coordinate events for any industry you desire to work in. The event management skills and knowledge you will gain can lead to various job positions throughout your whole career. You will gain the skills to operate independently and make operational event management decisions. Work could be undertaken in an office environment where the planning of events takes place, on-site at venues where events are staged or a combination of both – whatever job you imagine yourself in, this course can make that happen.

Year 10 High School certificate or equivalent
OR Certificate IV in a relevant qualification
OR Mature aged student with relevant workplace experience
Basic computer skills and access to a desktop or laptop with sufficient internet speed to undertake online studies

How much does the Diploma of Event Management cost?

For domestic students, the course fee is $7,900.00, which includes the enrolment fee and material fee. For international students, the fee is $10,400.00 if studying onshore or $12,500.00 if studying offshore, also inclusive of enrolment and material fees.

Is there an internship included in this course?

Yes, GeSS Education offers a 24-week internship for students undertaking this qualification in-class at the Gold Coast Campus. Students must successfully complete their course to be eligible for the internship.

Who issues the qualification upon completion?

This qualification is delivered by GeSS Education on behalf of Dentos School of Management (RTO provider code 2875, CRICOS Code 01854A), under a third-party arrangement. Dentos School of Management will issue your qualification upon successful completion of your course.

When can I start the Diploma of Event Management?

The Gold Coast Campus has monthly intakes into this program, with classes commencing on the first Monday of each month.
