During the Diploma of Film at SAE, you will have access to all the latest equipment and software, including DaVinci Resolve colour grading software and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as industry-standard film production equipment including cameras, lighting, and sound.
The Diploma of Film can be completed in 2 Trimesters Full Time (Fast Track) or 3 Trimesters Full Time, with a part-time option also available for those who need flexibility in their study load.
The Diploma of Film is available to both domestic and international students across SAE's Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney campuses.
Your growth and development will be assessed through the completion of industry-based projects where you can showcase your technical skills, rather than through traditional theory-based exams.
The Diploma of Film provides an in-depth introduction to the fundamentals of film, covering scriptwriting and film production through to digital post-production techniques, including audio mixing, colour grading and the authoring processes.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
