Approximately half of these will be completed at TAFE SA, and you will need to complete the remainder as vocational placement (paid or unpaid), which is equivalent to approximately 150 hours. It is critical that the minimum requirement of 36 service periods is met to be deemed competent and receive a PASS for the qualification.
Uniform requirements vary depending on campus location but may include a name badge ($7.50), black pants or skirt, a long-sleeved business shirt, a bib apron with a pocket, and a waiter's friend (bottle opener). Detailed information will be provided to students upon offer acceptance.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
