Students will experience practical training in the on-site training bar and will enjoy modern theory classrooms. As part of the practical training, students will develop skills in bar operation, the preparation and serving of espresso coffee, and in the serving of food and beverages.
Graduates can pursue roles such as Bar Supervisor or Team Leader, Concierge, Duty Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader, Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader, Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader, Gaming Supervisor or Team Leader, and Shift Manager. The qualification also provides a pathway to work as a departmental or small business manager across restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
