The Diploma of Hospitality Management has a duration of 78 weeks, including 18 weeks of holiday.
For eligible students, the Participant Course Fee (Subsidised) is $649.00 AUD, the Participant Concession Fee is $457.50 AUD, and there is an Incidental Fee of $300.00 AUD. This course can be subsidised through the Government of South Australia's Subsidised training.
Yes, the qualification will include 36 shifts (complete service periods), equivalent to approximately 270 hours, to be undertaken in college in-house functions, and/or approved workplace.
Graduates have direct entry to SIT60322 – Advanced Diploma of Hospitality, and can receive course credit up to 1 year with Alliance College's university partners in Australia.
The course has intake dates in January, April, July, and October, and is delivered face-to-face in classroom and kitchen, with work placement and self-directed components at the Adelaide campus (Level 2, 97 Pirie St Adelaide SA 5000).
