Campus addresses are: Level 2, 108 Margaret Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000; Level 1, 255 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000; Level 8, 532-540 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000; and Level 2, 73-81 Murray St, Hobart TAS 7000.
International students must have an IELTS Academic score of 6.0 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old). Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can also be accepted if they are equivalent to IELTS 6.0. Students may be exempt from providing evidence of English Language competence if they were educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country, completed at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course in an Australian RTO, successfully completed an English Placement Test and Digital Literacy Test, completed a foundation course in Australia, or completed their High School in English Language.
The Diploma of Hospitality Management consists of a total of 28 units, comprising 10 core units and 18 elective units. Core units cover areas such as legal compliance, customer service, budgeting, business relationships, staff rostering, finance management, leadership, work operations, conflict management, and work health and safety.
Students who complete this course may be able to seek a range of employment in a hospitality industry sector such as departmental or small business manager, banquet or function manager, bar manager, and café manager.
