Upon successful completion of the 28 units of competency in this course, students will be issued the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management. If a student does not complete the full qualification but has successfully achieved units, a Statement of Attainment will be issued, indicating the units completed.
The course fee is $11,500 for offshore (international) students and $10,000 for onshore students, with an additional enrolment fee of $250 and a materials fee of $450.
Students awarded this qualification may progress to the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, then to employment in the sector, or to higher education qualifications in travel, tourism, and hotel management. Graduates may also be eligible for credit towards a university and/or guaranteed entry to a top Australian University, as Capital College has secured articulation pathways with several leading higher education institutes.

Yes, there are several package options available. For example, Hospitality Pack 2 combines Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, and the Diploma of Hospitality Management over 104 weeks. Hospitality Pack 5 combines the Diploma of Hospitality Management with the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management over 104 weeks at $23,000 for offshore students and $20,000 for onshore students.
