Diploma of Hospitality Management

Graduates can work as a manager in a hospitality and kitchen management business such as a restaurant, hotel, club, pub, café or coffee shop. Possible job titles include Chef de cuisine, Sous chef, Restaurant manager, Banquet or function manager, and Café manager.

The Diploma of Hospitality Management has a duration of 26 weeks.

Students who achieve a 'Competent' result in all required units of study will be awarded the certificate for the qualification. A statement of attainment will be issued for any units in which the student has been assessed as 'Competent'.
