Upon successful completion of the course requirements, the student will be awarded a SIT50422 – Diploma of Hospitality Management (Release 2) qualification. Students who do not successfully complete the qualification will be issued with a 'Statement of Attainment' listing all units that have been successfully completed.
Upon successful completion of this qualification, students may undertake further training in the hospitality field to expand on their skills and knowledge, such as SIT60322 – Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Release 1).
Yes. Credit Transfer (CT) is available for students with previously obtained units of competency that identically match the units being enrolled into. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available; prior to commencement, a review of each student's previous education, training and work experience will be conducted. Students may either directly apply for RPL or be identified during the pre-training review process and offered to undertake the RPL pathway by SCM College staff.
Prospective students must complete a Pre-Training Review (self-assessment and series of questions), a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test, and a Learning Style Assessment as part of the Determining Suitability Assessment. Students will be admitted only if their LLN test result is within the college-specific required range. Students with medical conditions are also required to provide a certificate of capacity from their Doctor prior to enrolment.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
