Students will be taught by industry-qualified professionals in modern, state-of-the-art facilities including an operational restaurant and fully-equipped training bar. The facilities have been featured on Masterchef and The Great Australian Bake-Off, and students have the opportunity to work in a kitchen alongside master chefs such as Jarrod di Blasi and Donovan Cooke, as well as put their skills to the test for real events while still studying.
In addition to the Diploma of Hospitality Management SIT50422, students will also earn their Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate as part of the course, readying them for bar work in the hospitality industry.
