Yes. Students who complete the Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422) can progress to the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT60322), which runs for an additional 2 terms (18 college weeks). The total combined duration is 8 terms / 72 college weeks. Students from another RTO must apply for credit transfer.
Yes. SITXFSA008 (Develop and implement a food safety program) requires completion of SITXFSA005 (Use hygienic practices for food safety) and SITXFSA006 (Participate in safe food handling practices). SITXINV006 (Receive, store and maintain stock) requires completion of SITXFSA005 (Use hygienic practices for food safety).
The Diploma of Hospitality Management is available at both Sydney and Melbourne campuses through Academies Australasia.
