The tuition fee for the Diploma of Human Resource Management (BSB50320) is AU$12,000 per year. Additional fees include a Course Application Fee of AU$200.00, an Accommodation Placement Fee of AU$200.00, and an Airport Pick-up Fee of AU$200.00 if required.
To attain the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management, students must complete 12 units comprising 7 core and 5 elective units, as required by the BSB – Business Services Training Package. In addition, students must have previously completed (or equivalent competencies): BSBHRM411, BSBHRM412, BSBHRM415, and BSBHRM417.
International students enrolled in this qualification are required to attend a minimum of 20 hours per week of scheduled contact hours, consisting of 16 hours of classroom-based face-to-face delivery per week and 4 hours of compulsory e-learning administered via the MyPCT portal per week.
Pacific College of Technology has a four-term academic year with student intakes occurring in all four terms. For 2026, the course start dates are: 2nd February (Autumn term), 20th April (Winter term), 13th July (Spring term), and 28th September (Summer term).
Yes, students may apply for exemption for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency, in line with Pacific College of Technology's current RPL Policies. Please refer to the RPL policy and procedure as documented in the Student Handbook for further details.
