Yes. Students who have completed relevant studies or have some of the competencies in the course may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Applications can be made with the initial application or within two weeks of course commencement using the RPL Application Form with supporting documents. Additionally, if you have an Australian VET qualification with equivalent units, you may be granted a Direct Credit Transfer. Note that RPL cannot result in an international student having less than a full-time load of study (20 hours per week), but it can reduce the overall duration of the course and fees.
Students are provided with assessment resources at the commencement of each unit of competency, along with learning resources. Each unit will comprise a number of assessment tasks which may include short written knowledge tests, discussions, compiling a portfolio of evidence, projects, case studies, research, written reports, and participating in practical activities such as demonstrations, roleplays and presentations. To perform at your best, you will probably need to work on the assessments outside of class time.
After completion of this course and all assessments, you will be issued with the Nationally Recognised Qualification ICT50220 – Diploma of Information Technology. A Statement of Attainment will be issued to students who partially complete this course.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
