This Diploma of Information Technology is focused on Back End Web Development, covering skills such as developing and maintaining website information architecture and data. Upon completion, graduates receive the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology (Back End Web Development).
Students must complete a total of 20 units to successfully achieve this qualification — 6 core units of competency and 14 elective units of competency.
After achieving the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology (Back End Web Development), candidates may undertake the ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology, or a range of other ICT Advanced Diploma or Vocational Graduate Certificate qualifications, or other higher education sector qualifications.
International students must have an English ability at the IELTS level 6.0 or equivalent. Students who wish to apply for VET courses directly without IELTS 6.0 or an equivalent must package their application with ELICOS.
