Eligibility
Completion of senior high school to the Australian Year 12 or equivalent. Mature age students can also enter based on an interview with VIT staff. Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrolment.

The course duration is 66 weeks including breaks.
The course fee is $15,500.
Applicants must meet one of the following: Academic IELTS band score of 5.5 or equivalent; satisfactorily completed ELICOS at to at least Upper Intermediate level; completed equivalent of Australian Year 11 from an English speaking country; completion of any Australian AQF Certificate III or higher qualification; satisfactorily completion of at least one semester of study in Australia in a tertiary course; or completed a Placement Test devised and administered by VIT or a nominated accredited agency.
The course is available at Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney campuses. For domestic students, delivery is face-to-face classroom-based and/or workplace training. For international students, delivery is face-to-face classroom based.
The 2026 intake dates are: 09-Feb-2026, 16-Mar-2026, 04-May-2026, 08-June-2026, 20-July-2026, and 24-Aug-2026.
