Successful completion of the Diploma of Information Technology [Pathway] allows you to transition into Year 2 of a Bachelor of Information Technology at JCU. Graduates will also meet the entry requirements of JCU Bachelor's degrees within other study areas.
The estimated annual tuition fee is AUD $29,153.00, which includes tuition and the Student Services and Amenities Fee for a full-time study load. Fees are reviewed annually and subject to change. Scholarships and financial aid are also available for eligible international students.
The course commences in July and November at the JCU Brisbane campus.
You will study the fundamentals of problem-solving and programming, consider the opportunities presented by machine learning, and develop skills in data analysis. You will also gain skills to work in both collaborative team environments and on individual projects, and build your digital dexterity by learning to identify and diagnose technical issues, create solutions, and improve technical systems.
