Diploma of Leadership and Management

The course fee is $3,000.00 for Domestic Students (Full-Time) and $12,000.00 for International Students (which includes training and assessment resources but excludes OSHC, visa fees, and accommodation). RPL Students and Skillset/Micro Course students should contact the institution directly for a quote. A payment plan is available for those who have difficulty paying the full fee upfront, allowing payment per semester or in monthly instalments.

Both domestic and international students are required to attend face-to-face classes and practical workshops Monday to Friday on the Intech campus. Compulsory 75% attendance is required. International students must maintain this attendance under student visa conditions. InTech operates on a 10-week term with 4 terms per year, and all classes are scheduled for 20 hours per week.

Yes, InTech offers RPL for the Diploma of Leadership and Management. To successfully achieve an RPL, you must be able to demonstrate your skills towards each unit of competency in the qualification and show work currency to ensure it aligns with current industry standards. Evidence required includes a portfolio of evidence, prior qualifications, employment history, visual evidence, work samples, references and testimonials, and potentially practical or written/verbal testing. InTech will provide initial feedback on the RPL at no cost to determine your success rate and any skills gaps.

Intech Institute offers three main study options: Full-time on campus (available to both Domestic and International Students), Blended Delivery (combining Face-to-Face and Online learning), and RPL for existing skills (for those who have worked in the industry). The course is available at campuses in Brisbane (QLD) and Sydney (NSW).

Upon successful completion, students can progress onto the next level of qualification within the college, including the Advanced Diploma of Business, the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, or other relevant qualifications. Credits may also include units of competency contained within relevant skill sets and statements of attainment. The qualification is nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
