The total course amount is $11,250.00 AUD, which includes an Application fee of $250.00, a Tuition fee of $10,400.00, and a Resource fee of $600.00. Additionally, a Commitment fee of $500.00 is required for students taking this course individually, which will be adjusted/credited back to the student's final term's instalment.
The total duration of the course is 52 weeks, comprising 40 academic weeks and 12 weeks of study breaks. Classes are scheduled 2 days per week (mandatory), with an additional academic support day on Fridays, amounting to 20 academic contact hours per week.
To be eligible for this course, applicants must have completed Year 12 or equivalent, or hold any Certificate IV (or equivalent) business qualification. They must also complete KIC's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) test with a minimum English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.0, IELTS General 6.0, PTE Academic 47, TOEFL iBT 67, C1 Advanced 161, OET 1210, CELPIP General 7, LANGUAGECERT Academic 61, or MET 53.
The course consists of 12 units of competency in total — 6 core units and 6 elective units. The core units include subjects such as Communicate with Influence, Develop Critical Thinking in Others, and Manage Business Operational Plans. The elective units cover areas such as Manage Budgets and Financial Plans, Manage Business Risk, and Develop Workplace Policy and Procedures for Sustainability.
The Application fee, Resource fee, and Tuition fee for Term 1 must all be paid in full prior to the issuance of a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). From Term 2 onwards, the remaining tuition balance must be paid in equal termly instalments or as per the letter of offer. The Commitment fee of $500.00 must be paid in full by students taking the course individually and will be credited back in the student's final term's instalment. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
