Diploma of Leadership and Management

For domestic students, tuition fees vary by delivery method: Face-to-Face is $4,800 with a $175 resource fee, and Flexi-Learn is $3,800 with a $175 resource fee. Traineeship has a $150 resource fee (tuition fee not applicable). For international students, the Face-to-Face tuition fee is $10,000, with a $495 resource fee and a $250 application fee.

Domestic students must have completed Year 12 or equivalent. Additionally, entry is limited to those who have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), or have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

The course is available in three delivery modes: Face-to-Face (2 days per week class contact and online resources), Flexi-Learn (a combination of self-paced learning and face-to-face trainer support available by appointment), and Traineeship (on-the-job learning, online resources, monthly workshops, trainer support, workplace visits and peer mentoring). All modes run for 15 months.

International students must be 18 years or older, have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, and hold an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent. Additionally, they must have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

Graduates may pursue roles such as Corporate or Middle Manager, Supervisor in business and government sectors, or Team Leader. The qualification is suited to individuals who are looking to apply specialised knowledge in a variety of contexts.
